Women's Soccer Schedule Released

(Wednesday, June 8, 2022) The Dordt University women’s soccer team has announced its schedule for the 2022 season.

The Defenders will open the season on August 18 in Colorado Springs, Colorado as part of a two-game trip with contests against Colorado Christian and Metro State. Dordt’s home season gets underway on August 27 against Nebraska Wesleyan.

The GPAC season will open on September 14 at home against Briar Cliff and includes contests against the 12 other GPAC soccer members. Dordt plays six of its GPAC matches at home and plays back-to-back road matches once during the league season.

The 2021 season saw the Defenders post a 10-8-1 record and a 5-6-1 league record. Jamestown won the regular season title with an 11-0-1 GPAC record and Briar Cliff was 10-1-1.

All home games will be available to watch free of charge with the Dordt Media Network providing coverage.
